As weekend drinking enthusiasts, we, the founders of The Rum Cellar, were looking for something that we can enjoy trying together. With one a Whisky lover attempting to get the other to try different whiskys, but they were all too strong, and the other loving gin and trying to get the other to try it but they couldn't stand the floral taste; we finally settled on trying something new, rum.

We found that rum was the perfect balance between the two spirits, with it having the strong oak flavours coming from the ageing barrels but also some having an enjoyable floral and sweet flavour from the sugarcane 

The aim for the Rum cellar was to find new rums that are enjoyable to sip and mix into a cocktail. Whether you know your rums or have only tried a Bacardi we will help you find a new rum that you’ll love.
